🍽️ Squid Tubes in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 squid tubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 meat tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 shallots
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 unpeeled lemon
- juice of one lemon
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the squid tubes thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Peel the onion and garlic and chop both ingredients very finely.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic in it.
- 4. Add the squid tubes to the pan and fry them thoroughly on all sides.
- 5. Deglaze the dish with white wine and let the liquid reduce to half over low heat.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds.
- 7. Dice the tomato flesh finely and add it to the squid in the pan.
- 8. Simmer the vegetables with the squid for another 8 minutes.
- 9. Plate the dish and drizzle it with lemon juice.
- 10. Slice a whole lemon into thin rounds and place them as a garnish.
- 11. Finally, sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley.
