  1. 1. Wash the squid tubes thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and garlic and chop both ingredients very finely.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic in it.
  4. 4. Add the squid tubes to the pan and fry them thoroughly on all sides.
  5. 5. Deglaze the dish with white wine and let the liquid reduce to half over low heat.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds.
  7. 7. Dice the tomato flesh finely and add it to the squid in the pan.
  8. 8. Simmer the vegetables with the squid for another 8 minutes.
  9. 9. Plate the dish and drizzle it with lemon juice.
  10. 10. Slice a whole lemon into thin rounds and place them as a garnish.
  11. 11. Finally, sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley.
