Ingredients
- 500 g frozen squid (kitchen-ready)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig thyme
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- dill
- salt
- pepper
- juice (of one lemon)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 3. Add the chopped garlic and fresh thyme leaves to the hot pan.
- 4. Sauté the garlic and thyme mixture briefly until fragrant.
- 5. Add the thawed squid pieces to the pan.
- 6. Fry the squid while constantly shaking the pan until cooked through.
- 7. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool down briefly.
- 8. Season the squid with salt, black pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
- 9. Divide the squid among the serving plates.
- 10. Garnish the salad with fresh dill.
- 11. Drizzle the remaining olive oil evenly over the portions.
