  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Wash the squid bodies thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Mash the feta (sheep's cheese) roughly in a bowl using a fork.
  4. 4. Add the mashed feta, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, olives, breadcrumbs, two tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  5. 5. Mix all filling ingredients well together and taste to adjust the seasoning.
  6. 6. Carefully stuff the squid bodies with the cheese mixture.
  7. 7. Secure the opening of each squid with a toothpick to prevent the filling from falling out.
  8. 8. Lightly salt and pepper the outside of the squid.
  9. 9. Place the squid on the hot grill and cook them until golden brown all over.
  10. 10. Drizzle the cooked squid with fresh lemon juice before serving.
