🍽️ Squid with Spring Onions

Ingredients
- 400 g squid (ready for cooking)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- soy sauce
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the squid into rings.
- 2. Wash, clean, and slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 3. Sauté the squid in hot oil in a pan. Add the spring onions, Garam Masala, and garlic, and simmer for about 4-5 minutes. If necessary, add a little water. Season with soy sauce and pepper, and serve immediately.
