🍽️ Grilled Tiger Prawns

Ingredients
- 1 kg shrimp, deveined and ready for cooking (headless, with shell)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the prawns under cold running water.
- 2. Then pat the prawns dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove.
- 4. Dice the garlic finely.
- 5. Mix the garlic with lemon juice, parsley, and oil in a bowl.
- 6. Add the prawns to the marinade and toss to coat them well.
- 7. Season the prawns with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Preheat the grill.
- 9. Place the prawns on the grill.
- 10. If necessary, use a grill pan so the prawns do not fall through.
- 11. Grill the prawns for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 12. Turn the prawns regularly during the cooking time.
- 13. Mix the crème fraîche with the yogurt.
- 14. Add the finely grated or diced ginger.
- 15. Season the sauce to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
- 16. Serve the grilled prawns together with the sauce.
