  5. 5. Mix the garlic with lemon juice, parsley, and oil in a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the prawns to the marinade and toss to coat them well.
  7. 7. Season the prawns with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Preheat the grill.
  9. 9. Place the prawns on the grill.
  10. 10. If necessary, use a grill pan so the prawns do not fall through.
  11. 11. Grill the prawns for 6 to 8 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the prawns regularly during the cooking time.

  14. 14. Add the finely grated or diced ginger.
  15. 15. Season the sauce to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
