  2. 2. Finely chop the onion, the ginger, and the garlic.

  4. 4. Remove the stems and the inside of the chili.
  5. 5. Slice the chili into thin rings.
  6. 6. Wash the lime under hot water.
  7. 7. Dry the lime with a cloth.
  8. 8. Peel the lime peel into fine strips (zest).
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  10. 10. Wash the prawns.
  11. 11. Pat the prawns dry with a cloth.
  12. 12. Heat the oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Add the onion, the garlic, and the chili to the pan.
  14. 14. Sauté the ingredients for about 3 minutes.
  15. 15. Add the coriander, the turmeric powder, and the lime zest.

  19. 19. Fry the prawns for about 2 minutes.

  21. 21. Remove the hard ends of the spring onions.
  22. 22. Slice the spring onions into rings.
  23. 23. Add the spring onion rings to the prawns.
  24. 24. Add the lime juice to the prawns.
  25. 25. Season the dish with salt.
  26. 26. Plate the prawns.
  27. 27. Serve lime wedges and rice alongside.
