🍽️ Fresh Thyme Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp peppercorns
Instructions
- 1. Wash the thyme sprigs thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 2. Carefully pick the fine thyme leaves off the woody stems.
- 3. Place the thyme leaves into a small bowl.
- 4. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon directly into the bowl.
- 5. Add three tablespoons of olive oil.
- 6. Grind some pink peppercorns into the mixture.
- 7. Stir all ingredients vigorously with a fork or small spoon until well combined.
- 8. Adjust the flavor to your liking with a pinch of salt, if desired.
- 9. Brush the finished oil onto grilled lamb or poultry.
