🍽️ Homemade Thyme Lemon Salt

Ingredients
- 200 g coarse sea salt
- 2 lemons
- 1 bunch lemon thyme
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over the lemons.
- 2. Dry the lemons thoroughly with a clean cloth.
- 3. Peel off the outer skin of the lemons.
- 4. Finely chop the lemon peel.
- 5. Pick the leaves off the thyme stems.
- 6. Roughly chop the thyme leaves.
- 7. Place the salt, thyme leaves, and lemon peel into a mortar.
- 8. Coarsely crush the mixture with the pestle.
- 9. Spread the mixture thinly on a surface.
- 10. Let the mixture dry for about two days.
- 11. Fill the finished salt into a jar.
- 12. Store the jar in a dry place.
