Ingredients
- 4 pork schnitzel (à approx. 150 g)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the schnitzels under running water.
- 2. Thoroughly dry the schnitzels with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Pound the schnitzels flat if necessary to ensure they are evenly thin.
- 4. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
- 5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- 6. Fry the schnitzels in the hot oil for about one minute on each side until golden brown.
- 7. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the cooked schnitzels.
- 8. Drizzle the schnitzels with a little lemon juice.
- 9. Remove the pan from the heat and let the schnitzels rest for another one to two minutes.
