  1. 1. Wash the spring onions and pat them dry.
  2. 2. Finely chop the white part of the spring onions.
  3. 3. Slice the green part of the spring onions into very fine rings.
  4. 4. Cut the tuna fillet into cubes of about 1 to 2 centimeters.
  5. 5. Season the tuna cubes with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Add some soybean oil and mix everything well to let the fish marinate.
  7. 7. Save some of the fine spring onion rings for decoration.
  8. 8. Mix the remaining spring onions (white and green) with the marinated tuna.
  9. 9. Divide the tuna mixture evenly among four small bowls.
  10. 10. Generously sprinkle sesame seeds over each mound of tuna.
  11. 11. Decorate the bowls as you like with the reserved spring onion rings and potato chips.
