🍽️ Sesame Tuna Cubes

Ingredients
- 1 spring onion
- 250 g fresh tuna fillet
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp soybean oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- potato chip (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions and pat them dry.
- 2. Finely chop the white part of the spring onions.
- 3. Slice the green part of the spring onions into very fine rings.
- 4. Cut the tuna fillet into cubes of about 1 to 2 centimeters.
- 5. Season the tuna cubes with salt and pepper.
- 6. Add some soybean oil and mix everything well to let the fish marinate.
- 7. Save some of the fine spring onion rings for decoration.
- 8. Mix the remaining spring onions (white and green) with the marinated tuna.
- 9. Divide the tuna mixture evenly among four small bowls.
- 10. Generously sprinkle sesame seeds over each mound of tuna.
- 11. Decorate the bowls as you like with the reserved spring onion rings and potato chips.
