🍽️ Tuna Tartare with Purslane

Ingredients
- 400 g fresh tuna fillet (from the fishmonger)
- 4 onions
- 1 tbsp basil
- 150 g purslane
- 4 spring onions
- 2 lemons
Instructions
- 1. Grind the tuna fillet through the meat grinder.
- 2. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings.
- 3. Wash the purslane and dry it in a salad spinner.
- 4. Clean the spring onions and wash them thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the lemon into thin wedges.
- 6. Divide the tuna tartare among four plates.
- 7. Garnish each plate with onion rings, purslane, and one spring onion.
- 8. Serve the dish together with the lemon wedges.
- 9. Scatter fresh basil over the plates.
- 10. Place a salt and pepper grinder on the table.
