🍽️ Fresh Tuna Tartare

Ingredients
- 400 g fresh tuna fillet (sushi quality)
- 1 stalk young leek
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- Light soy sauce
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp cilantro (finely chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tuna into tiny, very fine cubes.
- 2. Wash the leek and remove the tough ends.
- 3. Slice the white and light green parts of the leek into thin rings.
- 4. Wash the chili pepper and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the chili.
- 6. Slice the chili into thin rounds.
- 7. Place the tuna, leek, and chili into a bowl.
- 8. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
- 9. Season the tartare to taste with soy sauce.
