🍽️ Tuna fillet with poppy seeds and lime zest

Ingredients
- 400 g fresh tuna fillet (whole piece)
- 70 g poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp coarse sea salt
- 1 lime
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tuna fillet into four equal pieces.
- 2. Put the poppy seeds and salt into a mortar.
- 3. Crush the mixture coarsely with the pestle.
- 4. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 5. Dry the skin with a cloth.
- 6. Grate the skin very finely.
- 7. Roll the tuna pieces in the poppy seed-salt mixture.
- 8. Sprinkle the fillets with the lime zest.
- 9. Plate the dish.
