  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them thinly. Arrange on four plates or a platter.
  2. 2. Clean the herbs and pat them dry roughly. Pluck off the leaves and chop them finely separately. Mix the vinegar, spices, half of the chopped parsley and 2 tbsp oil well,
  3. 3. and pour over the tomato slices.
  4. 4. Rinse the tuna, pat dry with kitchen paper and brush with the remaining oil. Then season with salt and pepper. Grill on the hot grill for about 6 minutes, turning regularly.
  5. 5. Mix the remaining herbs, the lemon zest and the capers. Arrange the tuna on the tomatoes and sprinkle with the herb mixture.
