Ingredients
- 400 g tuna
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- lemons
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tuna into fine cubes.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes into fine cubes.
- 3. Cut the spring onions into fine cubes.
- 4. Place the tuna cubes, tomato cubes, and spring onion cubes into a bowl.
- 5. Add the lemon juice and the oil.
- 6. Mix everything well together.
- 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 8. Finely chop the chives.
- 9. Stir the chopped chives into the tuna mixture.
- 10. Wash the remaining chives.
- 11. Shake the chives dry.
- 12. Puree the dry chives with the vegetable broth.
- 13. Stir the oil into the chive puree mixture.
- 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 15. Place the tuna tartare on a plate.
- 16. Add the chive sauce.
- 17. Serve the dish.
