🍽️ Grilled Tuna with Black Cumin Crust and Lime-Chili Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp raw cane sugar
- 250 g tuna fillet (2 tuna fillets)

- 2 tbsp black cumin
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Sprinkle the garlic with a pinch of salt.
- 3. Mash the garlic into a paste using the flat side of a knife blade.
- 4. Rinse the chili pepper under running water.
- 5. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the seeds and white pith from the chili.
- 7. Finely chop the chili.
- 8. Rinse the lime under running water.
- 9. Dry the lime with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Grate about two teaspoons of fine zest from the lime.
- 11. Peel the lime so that you remove all of the white pith.
- 12. Carefully cut out the lime fillets between the membranes.
- 13. Catch the released juice in a small bowl.
- 14. Add the lime fillets and lime zest to the bowl with the juice.
- 15. Add the olive oil to the bowl.
- 16. Add the chopped chili to the bowl.
- 17. Add the mashed garlic to the bowl.
- 18. Add the sugar to the bowl.
- 19. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 20. Stir all the dressing ingredients well.
- 21. Rinse the tuna fillets under cold water.
- 22. Pat the tuna fillets dry with kitchen paper.
- 23. Season the tuna fillets with salt.
- 24. Season the tuna fillets with freshly ground pepper.
- 25. Coarsely crush the black cumin in a mortar.
- 26. Place the crushed black cumin on a large plate.
- 27. Roll the tuna fillets in the black cumin crust on all sides.
- 28. Place the crusted tuna fillets in an aluminum foil tray.
- 29. Preheat the grill.
- 30. Grill the tuna fillets on the hot grill.
- 31. Grill each side of the tuna for one to two minutes.
- 32. Cut the tuna into slices or pieces as you prefer.
- 33. Serve the tuna with the lime-garlic oil.
