  3. 3. Boil the eggs hard for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the eggs with a spoon.
  5. 5. Rinse the eggs immediately under cold running water.
  6. 6. Let the eggs cool down completely.
  7. 7. Wash the bell pepper and the cucumber under running water.
  8. 8. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  9. 9. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  10. 10. Peel the onion.
  11. 11. Dice the onion finely.
  12. 12. Put the diced bell pepper, cucumber, and onion into a large bowl.
  13. 13. Add the tuna to the bowl.
  14. 14. Add the cream cheese to the bowl.
  15. 15. Add the yogurt to the bowl.
  16. 16. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  17. 17. Sprinkle chili flakes over the mixture.
  18. 18. Season with salt to taste.

  26. 26. Place the egg slices on top of the tuna mixture.
  27. 27. Add a few spinach leaves on top of the egg slices.
  28. 28. Place the remaining bread slices on top as a lid.
  29. 29. Cut the finished sandwich in half.
