🍽️ Creamy Tuna Sandwich with Egg

Ingredients
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 130 g tuna (can; drained weight)
- 100 g cream cheese (45 % fat in dry matter)
- 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5 % fat)
- chili flakes
- salt
- pepper
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 4 slices sourdough bread (50 g each)
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Carefully place the eggs into the boiling water.
- 3. Boil the eggs hard for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove the eggs with a spoon.
- 5. Rinse the eggs immediately under cold running water.
- 6. Let the eggs cool down completely.
- 7. Wash the bell pepper and the cucumber under running water.
- 8. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 9. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
- 10. Peel the onion.
- 11. Dice the onion finely.
- 12. Put the diced bell pepper, cucumber, and onion into a large bowl.
- 13. Add the tuna to the bowl.
- 14. Add the cream cheese to the bowl.
- 15. Add the yogurt to the bowl.
- 16. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 17. Sprinkle chili flakes over the mixture.
- 18. Season with salt to taste.
- 19. Season with pepper to taste.
- 20. Wash the spinach under running water.
- 21. Spin the spinach dry.
- 22. Peel the cooled eggs.
- 23. Cut each egg into 5 to 6 slices.
- 24. Take two slices of bread.
- 25. Spread the tuna mixture onto the bread slices.
- 26. Place the egg slices on top of the tuna mixture.
- 27. Add a few spinach leaves on top of the egg slices.
- 28. Place the remaining bread slices on top as a lid.
- 29. Cut the finished sandwich in half.
- 30. Enjoy your sandwich.
