  3. 3. Place the tomato halves cut-side down on an oven-safe plate.
  4. 4. Drizzle the cut surfaces with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  5. 5. Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  7. 7. Bake the tomatoes in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the plate from the oven.
  9. 9. Let the tomatoes cool down completely.
  10. 10. Wash the arugula.
  11. 11. Pat the arugula dry with a kitchen towel.
  12. 12. Remove the tough stems from the arugula.
  13. 13. Drain the tuna.
  14. 14. Pat the tuna dry.
  15. 15. Coarsely crumble the tuna with your hands.
  16. 16. Cut eight slices from the ciabatta bread.
  17. 17. Top four bread slices with the arugula.
  18. 18. Spread the tuna over the arugula.
  19. 19. Place two tomato halves on each topped slice.
  20. 20. Place the remaining four bread slices on top as lids.
