🍽️ Tuna with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 tuna fillets (approx. 180 g each)
- 600 g chunky tomatoes (can)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime
- 2 garlic cloves (very finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp marjoram leaves (finely chopped)
- 100 g green olives (pitted)
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the juice from half a lime.
- 2. Slice the other half of the lime.
- 3. Place the tomatoes, garlic, olives, and marjoram in a baking dish.
- 4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 6. Place the baking dish in the oven.
- 7. Cook the tomato mixture for about 15 minutes.
- 8. Rinse the tuna fillets under running water.
- 9. Pat the fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Place the tuna fillets on top of the tomato sauce.
- 11. Drizzle the fish with the lime juice.
- 12. Season the fish with a little pepper.
- 13. Drizzle some olive oil over the fish.
- 14. Place the baking dish back in the oven.
- 15. Cook the tuna for another 6 to 8 minutes.
- 16. Serve the tuna garnished with the lime slices.
