  1. 1. Peel the mango using a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife.
  2. 2. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
  3. 3. Cut the mango flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut out the stem area of the tomatoes.
  6. 6. Dice the tomatoes finely.
  7. 7. Peel the onion completely.
  8. 8. Finely chop the onion.
  9. 9. Rinse the basil under running water.
  10. 10. Shake the basil dry.
  11. 11. Finely chop the basil.
  12. 12. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.
  13. 13. Wear gloves when handling the chili.
  14. 14. Halve two limes and set them aside.
  15. 15. Squeeze the remaining lime.
  16. 16. Mix the mango with the tomato cubes.
  17. 17. Add the onion cubes to the mixture.
