  1. 1. Clean the beans thoroughly and remove the ends.
  2. 2. Cut the beans into pieces about 3 to 4 centimeters long.
  3. 3. Blanch the beans for about 6 minutes in boiling salted water.
  4. 4. Shock the beans immediately with cold water and let them drain.
  5. 5. Peel the onions and cut them in half into thin strips.
  6. 6. Rinse the tuna and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Cut the fish into bite-sized cubes.
  8. 8. Season the fish cubes with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Lightly mix the fish with the cornstarch.
  10. 10. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
  11. 11. Fry the fish for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Remove the fish from the pan and set it aside.
  13. 13. Sauté the onions and fennel in the same pan for 3 to 4 minutes.
  14. 14. Deglaze the pan with the wine.
  15. 15. Add the beans and the prepared fish back into the pan.
  16. 16. Let everything cook through for 1 to 2 minutes.
  17. 17. Stir the mint into the dish.
  18. 18. Finally, season the dish to taste with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Serve the dish warm.
