🍽️ Grilled Tuna and Lime Skewers

Ingredients
- 600 g tuna fillet
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 onions
- olive oil
- 2 untreated limes
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tuna under cold running water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the tuna into bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 4. Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds and membranes, and cut them into suitable pieces.
- 5. Peel the onions.
- 6. Cut the onions into wedges.
- 7. Thread pieces of tuna and bell pepper onto the wooden skewers, alternating between them.
- 8. Brush the skewers lightly with olive oil.
- 9. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 10. Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on all sides, turning them regularly.
- 11. Wash the limes under hot water.
- 12. Dry the limes.
- 13. Finely grate the zest of one lime.
- 14. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 15. Whisk the lime zest, lime juice, honey, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil together in a bowl.
- 16. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 17. Place the grilled skewers on the plates.
- 18. Drizzle the skewers with the lime sauce.
- 19. Serve the skewers immediately.
