  1. 1. Rinse the tuna under cold running water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the tuna into bite-sized cubes.
  3. 3. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  4. 4. Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds and membranes, and cut them into suitable pieces.
  5. 5. Peel the onions.
  6. 6. Cut the onions into wedges.
  7. 7. Thread pieces of tuna and bell pepper onto the wooden skewers, alternating between them.
  8. 8. Brush the skewers lightly with olive oil.
  9. 9. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
  10. 10. Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on all sides, turning them regularly.
  11. 11. Wash the limes under hot water.
  12. 12. Dry the limes.
  13. 13. Finely grate the zest of one lime.
  14. 14. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  15. 15. Whisk the lime zest, lime juice, honey, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil together in a bowl.
  16. 16. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  17. 17. Place the grilled skewers on the plates.
  18. 18. Drizzle the skewers with the lime sauce.
  19. 19. Serve the skewers immediately.
