🍽️ Creamy Tuna Dip

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in oil (drained weight 80 g)
- 100 g quark (20%)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Open the can of tuna and drain the water.
- 2. Take the tuna out of the can and mash it into small pieces with a fork.
- 3. Put the quark into a separate bowl.
- 4. Add the cream cheese to the quark.
- 5. Add the tomato paste.
- 6. Stir the quark, cream cheese, and tomato paste together until you have a smooth mixture.
- 7. Add the mashed tuna to the cheese mixture.
- 8. Rinse the fresh parsley under running water.
- 9. Shake the parsley dry so that no water droplets remain on it.
- 10. Chop the parsley very finely.
- 11. Fold the chopped parsley into the tuna cheese mixture.
- 12. Add some lemon juice.
- 13. Season the dip with salt to taste.
- 14. Season the dip with freshly ground pepper to taste.
- 15. Cover the bowl with the dip.
- 16. Put the dip in the refrigerator to let it get cold.
