  1. 1. Open the can of tuna and drain the water.
  2. 2. Take the tuna out of the can and mash it into small pieces with a fork.
  3. 3. Put the quark into a separate bowl.
  4. 4. Add the cream cheese to the quark.
  5. 5. Add the tomato paste.
  6. 6. Stir the quark, cream cheese, and tomato paste together until you have a smooth mixture.
  7. 7. Add the mashed tuna to the cheese mixture.
  8. 8. Rinse the fresh parsley under running water.
  9. 9. Shake the parsley dry so that no water droplets remain on it.
  10. 10. Chop the parsley very finely.
  11. 11. Fold the chopped parsley into the tuna cheese mixture.
  12. 12. Add some lemon juice.
  13. 13. Season the dip with salt to taste.
  14. 14. Season the dip with freshly ground pepper to taste.
  15. 15. Cover the bowl with the dip.
  16. 16. Put the dip in the refrigerator to let it get cold.
