Ingredients
- 2 eggs (hard-boiled)
- 3 anchovy fillets (in salt)
- 2 tbsp capers
- 300 g tuna (from the can, in its own juice)
- pepper
- lemon juice (to taste)
- 100 g crème fraîche
Instructions
- 1. Peel the eggs and cut the egg whites into small pieces. Pass the egg yolks through a sieve.
- 2. Add the tuna, capers, crème fraîche, and anchovies to a blender and blend everything well, then add the egg yolks and mix.
- 3. Season with salt and pepper and garnish the dip with the egg white pieces and some capers.
