  1. 1. Cut the bagels horizontally in half and open them up.
  2. 2. Wash the lettuce and shake it dry.
  3. 3. Wash the cucumber, peel it, and slice it into thin strips lengthwise.
  4. 4. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and peel off the skin.
  5. 5. Slice the avocados and drizzle them with lemon juice.
  6. 6. Peel the shallot and dice it finely.
  7. 7. Drain the tuna and mash it finely with a fork.
  8. 8. Mix the tuna with the cream and the shallots.
  9. 9. Add the capers and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Place one lettuce leaf on each bagel half.
  11. 11. Place the tuna salad on top of the lettuce.
  12. 12. Arrange the avocado strips and cucumber strips on top.
  13. 13. Place the top half of the bagel on and enjoy your sandwich.
