🍽️ Tuna on Asian Glass Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 125 g glass noodles
- 0.5 small onion
- 50 g arugula
- 0.5 lime
- 300 g very fresh tuna fillet
- 2 tsp black sesame
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 cm ginger (finely grated)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Soak the glass noodles in a large bowl with lukewarm water.
- 2. Slice the onion lengthwise into thin half rings.
- 3. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.
- 4. Sauté the onion rings until they are translucent.
- 5. Lift the glass noodles out of the water and let them drain.
- 6. Cut the noodles into smaller pieces with scissors if necessary.
- 7. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions in salted water.
- 8. Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water.
- 9. Let the noodles drain completely.
- 10. Heat the remaining butter in a clean frying pan.
- 11. Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce into the pan.
- 12. Let the sauces reduce for a short time.
- 13. Add the ginger and rice vinegar.
- 14. Season the sauce with a little sugar.
- 15. Cut the tuna into six even slices.
- 16. Divide the glass noodles and onions onto two plates.
- 17. Drizzle the noodles with the soy sauce marinade.
- 18. Wash the arugula and arrange it on top.
- 19. Layer the tuna slices in an overlapping pattern.
- 20. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.
- 21. Garnish with lime slices.
- 22. Serve the salad immediately.
