  1. 1. Rinse the turkey cutlets under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Cut each cutlet lengthwise into five thin strips.
  4. 4. Thread the meat strips onto a wooden skewer in a wavy pattern.
  5. 5. Place the finished skewers in a large, shallow baking dish.
  6. 6. Halve the lime.
  7. 7. Squeeze the lime.
  8. 8. Put two tablespoons of lime juice into a small bowl.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic clove.
  10. 10. Press the garlic through a press directly into the lime juice.
  11. 11. Stir the soy sauce into the liquid.
  12. 12. Add the sesame oil and stir everything well.
  13. 13. Brush the turkey skewers with the marinade.
  14. 14. Place the skewers in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  15. 15. Peel the onions while waiting.
  16. 16. Cut the onions into small cubes.
  17. 17. Put the onion cubes into a small pot.
  18. 18. Pour the broth over the onions.
  19. 19. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  20. 20. Reduce the heat to low.
  21. 21. Simmer the onions covered for about twenty minutes.

  32. 32. Place the skewers in a large aluminum foil tray.
  33. 33. Preheat the grill.
  34. 34. Grill the skewers for eight to ten minutes on the hot grill.
  35. 35. Turn the skewers several times.
  36. 36. Brush the skewers with a little marinade in between.
  37. 37. Serve the skewers with the cooled peanut sauce.
