  1. 1. Knead all dough ingredients quickly into a smooth dough.
  2. 2. Shape the dough into a ball.
  3. 3. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  4. 4. Place the foil-wrapped ball in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Dust a work surface with flour.
  6. 6. Roll out the dough on the floured surface to 3 mm thickness.
  7. 7. Cut out round cookies with fluted edges in three different sizes.
  8. 8. Poke a hole in the center of the smallest cookies.
  9. 9. Place all cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  11. 11. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  12. 12. Gently heat the jam and jelly.
  13. 13. Spread the larger cookies with the sweet filling.
  14. 14. Stack the filled cookies on top of each other.
  15. 15. Let the cookies cool down completely.
  16. 16. Dust the finished cookies with powdered sugar at the end.
