  1. 1. Put all the ingredients for the dough into a bowl.
  2. 2. Knead the ingredients quickly into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Shape the dough into a ball.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  5. 5. Place the foil in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  7. 7. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface.
  8. 8. Roll out the dough on the floured surface to about 3 millimeters thin.
  9. 9. Cut out round cookies with a fluted edge.
  10. 10. Use three different sizes for the cookies.
  11. 11. Cut a hole in the center of the smallest cookies.
  12. 12. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  13. 13. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Warm up the jam and jelly slightly.
  15. 15. Spread the jam or jelly on the large and medium cookies.
  16. 16. Place a small cookie with a hole on top of a spread medium cookie.
  17. 17. Place a spread large cookie on top of the small cookie.
  18. 18. Let the assembled cookies dry for a short time.
  19. 19. Dust the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
