  1. 1. Put all ingredients for the dough into a bowl.
  2. 2. Knead the ingredients quickly into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Shape the dough into a ball.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  5. 5. Place the foil in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  7. 7. Dust a work surface with flour.
  8. 8. Roll out the dough on the floured surface to about 3 millimeters thick.
  9. 9. Cut out round cookies with a fluted edge in three different sizes.
  10. 10. Cut a hole in the center of the smallest cookies.
  11. 11. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  12. 12. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Warm up the jam and jelly slightly.
  14. 14. Spread the jam or jelly onto the large and medium cookies.
  15. 15. Place the unspread smallest cookies (with the hole) on top.
  16. 16. Let the assembled cookies dry for a short time.
  17. 17. Dust the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
