  1. 1. Knead all dough ingredients quickly into a smooth dough.
  2. 2. Shape the dough into a ball.
  3. 3. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  4. 4. Place the foil in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Dust a work surface with flour.
  6. 6. Roll out the dough on the floured surface to approx. 3 mm thickness.
  7. 7. Cut out round cookies with scalloped edges in three different sizes.
  8. 8. Cut a hole in the center of the smallest cookies.
  9. 9. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  11. 11. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes.
  12. 12. Warm up the jam and jelly.
  13. 13. Spread the large and medium cookies with jam or jelly.
  14. 14. Stack the spread cookies on top of each other.
  15. 15. Let the cookies dry.
  16. 16. Dust the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
