Ingredients
- 40 ml Tequila
- 10 ml Lime juice
- 1 Bar spoon Cassis
- 4 Ice cubes
- Soda water (to top up)
- 1 Lime slice
Instructions
- 1. Put ice cubes, tequila, lime juice, and crème de cassis into a shaker.
- 2. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
- 3. Fill a highball glass one-third full with crushed ice.
- 4. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
- 5. Top up the glass with soda water.
- 6. Garnish the drink with a lime slice.
