🍽️ Salmon Temaki Sushi

Ingredients
- 80 g sugar snap peas
- salt
- 4 roasted nori seaweed sheets
- 250 g ready-made sushi rice
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 8 thin slices salmon fillet approx. 150 g very fresh (sushi quality)
- parsley
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the snow peas and remove the ends.
- 2. Cut the snow peas in half lengthwise.
- 3. Bring water with salt to a boil.
- 4. Cook the snow peas for about 2 minutes.
- 5. Drain the snow peas and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 6. Let the snow peas drain well.
- 7. Cut the snow peas into thin strips lengthwise.
- 8. Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise.
- 9. Divide the sushi rice into 8 equal portions.
- 10. Wet your hands with water.
- 11. Shape each rice portion into an elongated shape.
- 12. Place a rice portion on the upper part of a half nori sheet.
- 13. Add a little wasabi paste to the rice.
- 14. Place the snow pea strips on the rice.
- 15. Place the salmon pieces on the snow peas.
- 16. Add some parsley.
- 17. Roll the nori sheet into a cone shape.
- 18. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the finished temaki sushi.
- 19. Serve the sushi immediately.
