  1. 1. Wash the snow peas and remove the ends.
  2. 2. Cut the snow peas in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Bring water with salt to a boil.
  4. 4. Cook the snow peas for about 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Drain the snow peas and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  6. 6. Let the snow peas drain well.
  7. 7. Cut the snow peas into thin strips lengthwise.
  8. 8. Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise.
  9. 9. Divide the sushi rice into 8 equal portions.
  10. 10. Wet your hands with water.
  11. 11. Shape each rice portion into an elongated shape.
  12. 12. Place a rice portion on the upper part of a half nori sheet.
  13. 13. Add a little wasabi paste to the rice.
  14. 14. Place the snow pea strips on the rice.
  15. 15. Place the salmon pieces on the snow peas.
  16. 16. Add some parsley.
  17. 17. Roll the nori sheet into a cone shape.
  18. 18. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the finished temaki sushi.
  19. 19. Serve the sushi immediately.
