🍽️ Salmon and Avocado Temaki

Ingredients
- 100 g Smoked salmon
- 0.5 Avocado
- Lemon juice (for brushing)
- 200 g Ready-made sushi rice
- Vinegar water (for hands)
- 3 Toasted nori seaweed sheets
- Wasabi (for spreading)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips.
- 2. Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
- 3. Cut the flesh into very thin strips about 6 cm long.
- 4. Brush the avocado strips with lemon juice immediately to prevent discoloration.
- 5. Divide the sushi rice into 6 equal portions.
- 6. Wet your hands with vinegar water.
- 7. Shape each rice portion into an elongated mound.
- 8. Cut the nori sheets in half lengthwise.
- 9. Place one nori sheet in your left hand with the smooth side facing down.
- 10. Place a rice mound on the upper half of the sheet.
- 11. Spread a little wasabi onto the rice.
- 12. Place some strips of avocado and salmon on the rice.
- 13. Roll the bottom half of the sheet over the filling, like a cone.
- 14. Press the ingredients firmly while rolling to keep them together.
