  1. 1. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips.
  2. 2. Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
  3. 3. Cut the flesh into very thin strips about 6 cm long.
  4. 4. Brush the avocado strips with lemon juice immediately to prevent discoloration.
  5. 5. Divide the sushi rice into 6 equal portions.
  6. 6. Wet your hands with vinegar water.
  7. 7. Shape each rice portion into an elongated mound.
  8. 8. Cut the nori sheets in half lengthwise.
  9. 9. Place one nori sheet in your left hand with the smooth side facing down.
  10. 10. Place a rice mound on the upper half of the sheet.
  11. 11. Spread a little wasabi onto the rice.
  12. 12. Place some strips of avocado and salmon on the rice.
  13. 13. Roll the bottom half of the sheet over the filling, like a cone.
  14. 14. Press the ingredients firmly while rolling to keep them together.
