🍽️ Cold Pork Plate with Aspic

Ingredients
- 300 g pork roast (sliced)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 pickles
- 1 carrot
- 6 leaves gelatin
- 500 ml meat broth
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Slice the boiled eggs.
- 2. Slice the cucumbers as well.
- 3. Peel the carrot.
- 4. Cut the carrot into thin strips.
- 5. Arrange the slices of pork roast evenly on four deep plates.
- 6. Distribute the egg slices and cucumber slices over the meat.
- 7. Garnish the dish with the carrot strips.
- 8. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 9. Heat the broth together with the vinegar.
- 10. Prevent the mixture from boiling.
- 11. Season the warm broth with salt and pepper.
- 12. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
- 13. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm broth.
- 14. Pour the aspic over the arranged meat.
- 15. Place the plates in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- 16. Allow the aspic to set.
- 17. Sprinkle the finished dish with chives.
- 18. Serve the plate.
