  5. 5. Arrange the slices of pork roast evenly on four deep plates.
  6. 6. Distribute the egg slices and cucumber slices over the meat.
  7. 7. Garnish the dish with the carrot strips.
  8. 8. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  9. 9. Heat the broth together with the vinegar.
  10. 10. Prevent the mixture from boiling.
  11. 11. Season the warm broth with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
  13. 13. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm broth.
  14. 14. Pour the aspic over the arranged meat.
  15. 15. Place the plates in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
