🍝 Fresh homemade pasta dough

Ingredients
- 300 g semolina flour
- 2 eggs
- salt
- 100 ml water
- flour (for rolling out)
Instructions
- 1. Pour the flour onto a clean work surface.
- 2. Press a well into the center of the flour with your palm.
- 3. Add the eggs and half a teaspoon of salt into the well.
- 4. Add lukewarm water gradually.
- 5. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 6. Cover the dough with a cloth.
- 7. Let the dough rest for twenty minutes.
- 8. Run the dough through a pasta machine.
- 9. Alternatively, roll out the dough in portions using a rolling pin.
- 10. Process the pasta according to your preference.
