Ingredients
- 500 g Teff flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 500 ml water
- 20 g yeast
- 100 g chopped walnuts
Instructions
- 1. First, add the flour, salt, and oil to a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and incorporate it into the flour mixture. Now, stir slowly until a creamy consistency is achieved. Then, fold in the walnuts.
- 2. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and bake at 220 degrees for 50 minutes.
