  1. 1. Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
  2. 2. Bring the milk to a boil in a pot.
  3. 3. Stir the tea powder into the hot milk.
  4. 4. Let the tea milk cool down completely.
  5. 5. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
  6. 6. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl over a water bath until frothy.
  7. 7. Dissolve the squeezed gelatin into the egg yolk-sugar mixture.
  8. 8. Stir the cooled tea milk into the egg yolk mixture.
  9. 9. Stir the rum into the tea milk-egg yolk mixture.
  10. 10. Whip the cream until stiff.
  11. 11. Gently fold the whipped cream into the tea milk mixture.
  12. 12. Fill the cream into molds.
  13. 13. Let the cream set in the refrigerator.
  14. 14. Dip the molds briefly in hot water.
  15. 15. Invert the cream onto dessert plates.
  16. 16. Garnish the cream with fruit salad.
