🍽️ Salmon Tatar with Cucumber and Dill

Ingredients
- 250 g very fresh salmon fillet
- 1 shallot
- 100 g cucumber (1 piece)
- 0.5 lime
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- sea salt
- pepper
- 4 sprigs dill
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the salmon fillet into very small cubes.
- 4. Peel the shallot.
- 5. Dice the shallot very finely.
- 6. Peel the cucumber piece.
- 7. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 8. Remove the seeds from one half of the cucumber.
- 9. Dice the deseeded cucumber half into small pieces.
- 10. Cut the remaining part of the cucumber into thin strips using a peeler.
- 11. Rinse the lime half with hot water.
- 12. Dry the lime.
- 13. Grate the zest of the lime.
- 14. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 15. Mix the salmon cubes with the shallot.
- 16. Add the cucumber cubes.
- 17. Add the lime juice.
- 18. Add the lime zest.
- 19. Add the oil.
- 20. Season the mixture with salt.
- 21. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 22. Shape the mixture into small half-spheres.
- 23. Distribute the half-spheres onto four small bowls.
- 24. Wash the dill.
- 25. Shake the dill dry.
- 26. Garnish the tartare with dill tips.
- 27. Garnish the tartare with the cucumber strips.
