Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 150 g steak tartare (very fresh, lean beef, finely ground)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- finely chopped parsley
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 gherkin
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallot and chop it finely.
- 2. Mix the tartare with the diced shallots, a bit of salt, pepper, and parsley, then fold in the egg yolk and serve on bread with a pickled cucumber.
