🍽️ Tataki with Norwegian Salmon

Ingredients
- 400 g Norwegian salmon fillet (skinless and boneless)
- 6 tbsp Sake (rice wine)
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 4 tbsp white wine
- 2 tsp Mirin
- 0.5 onion
- 0.5 celery
- 2 gherkins
- 3 tbsp capers
- corn salad
Instructions
- 1. Briefly immerse the salmon in boiling water for one minute, then immediately transfer it to ice water to cool quickly.
- 2. Gently pat dry, slice into thin pieces, and arrange them on a serving plate.
- 3. Combine the liquid ingredients to prepare the sauce.
- 4. Finely chop the onion, celery, and gherkins, then mix them with the capers into the sauce.
- 5. Serve the salmon with some sauce and place the remaining sauce in a gravy boat. Garnish with salad.
