  2. 2. Cut the melon into wedges and remove the rind.
  3. 3. Dice the flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
  5. 5. Slice the spring onions into small rings.
  6. 6. Mix the melon cubes with the spring onion rings.
  7. 7. Whisk the yogurt with one tablespoon of oil.
  8. 8. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yogurt mixture.
  9. 9. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Fry the prawns in it for two to three minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Season the prawns with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  12. 12. Place the melon and onion mixture on the plates.
  13. 13. Distribute the prawns over the melon mixture.
  14. 14. Drizzle the dish with the yogurt sauce.
