Ingredients
- 50 g Serrano ham (sliced)
- 50 g Chorizo (Spanish paprika sausage, sliced)
- 1 tbsp pickled capers
- 6 large shrimp
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 80 g olives (large, green, pickled with chili rings, in a small bowl)
Instructions
- 1. Arrange the ingredients for the sausage tapas attractively on a plate.
- 2. Rinse the prawns under running water.
- 3. Pat the prawns dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove.
- 5. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 6. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 7. Fry the prawns in the hot oil on all sides.
- 8. Fry the prawns for about 4 minutes.
- 9. Add the garlic slices to the pan.
- 10. Fry everything for 1 more minute.
