  2. 2. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
  3. 3. Peel the onions, ginger, and garlic.

  10. 10. Add the chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and spices to the tajine.
  11. 11. Let the ingredients sweat for a short time.
  12. 12. Pour the tomatoes into the tajine.

  14. 14. Close the lid of the tajine.
  15. 15. Simmer the dish over medium heat for about 45 minutes.

  18. 18. Stir everything well.
