🍽️ Tagliatelle with Tomatoes and Arugula

Ingredients
- 400 g Band Noodles
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 400 g Cherry Tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
- 2. Cook the tagliatelle in the salted water until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 3. Drain the pasta using a colander to remove the water.
- 4. Wash the arugula under cold water and shake it dry.
- 5. Roughly chop the arugula using your hands or a knife.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 7. Cut the tomatoes in half through the middle.
- 8. Heat some oil in a large frying pan.
- 9. Place the tomato halves in the hot pan and sauté them briefly.
- 10. Add the drained pasta and the arugula to the pan.
- 11. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
- 12. Serve the pasta immediately while still hot.
- 13. Sprinkle the finished pasta with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
