  1. 1. Rinse the herbs thoroughly and set aside some leaves for decoration. Finely chop the rest of the herbs. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  2. 2. Clean the chili pepper, rinse it, and cut it into small pieces. Heat two tablespoons of butter in a pan, then briefly sauté the garlic and chili. Add the remaining butter and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain the pasta and let it drip dry.
  4. 4. Toss the pasta with the herb-chili butter. Grate the cheese over it and garnish with the reserved herb leaves.
