🍽️ Spicy Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 Taco shells
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Lettuce leaf
- 50 g grated hard cheese
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 5. Remove the dry ends of the spring onions.
- 6. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 7. Peel the carrot completely.
- 8. Grate the carrot finely using a grater.
- 9. Wash the lettuce under cold water.
- 10. Slice the lettuce into thin strips.
- 11. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 12. Fry the chicken cubes until golden brown.
- 13. Add the spring onion rings to the pan.
- 14. Fry the onions briefly.
- 15. Add the chili sauce to the pan.
- 16. Pour in a little water.
- 17. Let the mixture simmer for about 2 minutes on low heat.
- 18. Season the filling with salt.
- 19. Season the filling with cayenne pepper.
- 20. Fill the tacos with the chicken mixture.
- 21. Sprinkle the tacos with the grated carrot.
- 22. Sprinkle the tacos with the cut lettuce.
- 23. Sprinkle the tacos with cheese.
- 24. Serve the tacos immediately.
