  2. 2. Cover the bulgur with cold water.
  3. 3. Let the bulgur soak for about one hour.
  4. 4. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  5. 5. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
  6. 6. Finely chop the spring onions.
  7. 7. Wash the tomatoes.
  8. 8. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  9. 9. Place the soaked bulgur into a sieve.
  10. 10. Let the water drain from the bulgur.
  11. 11. Squeeze the bulgur slightly to remove remaining moisture.
  12. 12. Place the bulgur into a large mixing bowl.
  13. 13. Add the chopped spring onions to the bowl.
  14. 14. Add the tomato cubes to the bowl.
  15. 15. Add the lemon juice.
