Ingredients
- 200 g Bulgur
- 4 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 200 g Halloumi (diced and fried)
- pepper (from the mill)
- salt
- pita bread
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions on the package and then let it cool slightly.
- 2. Mix the bulgur with parsley, onion, mint, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper. Season with a little salt to taste. Let it sit for about 1 hour, then fold in the Halloumi shortly before serving and season again with pepper. Serve with pita bread.
