  6. 6. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  7. 7. Wash the parsley.
  8. 8. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  9. 9. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
  10. 10. Squeeze the lemon.
  11. 11. Put the lemon juice into a small bowl.
  12. 12. Add cumin to the bowl.
  13. 13. Add coriander to the bowl.
